My Name is Katie Burton and I am a certified Health and Emotional Eating coach.
Nearly 12 years ago I made some huge shifts in my life. I made the decision to get sober as well as take a deep dive into my overall health and happiness.
It has been a journey. I have unlocked parts that were deeply wounded, parts that needed some tending to and parts that I needed to forgive. I have struggled most of my life with yo-yo diets, over exercising, over- comparing and living with the mindset of all or nothing. It led me to a dark place and finally I reached a bottom where I was ready to give my health journey the care and tenderness it deserved.
I have used food as a way to avoid and cope and it continues to be a daily practice of observing, accepting and moving forward with grace.
I hope that by working together I can help you unlock the parts of you that may feel stuck, Parts that are ready to let go of the emotional grip food may have on you and help you connect back to your body in an empowered way.

1x a week 45 min accountability and goal setting sessions. We will work at building new habits and shifting the mindset to a healthier and happier you. This includes a weekly health plan, movement plan and various journal prompts, depending on your goals.
Clients typically commit to health coaching for 3-6 months.

6 Weeks of an accelerated deep dive into emotional eating. In this course we will go over what is emotional eating and how to confront your emotions. Identify external stressors and how stress influences the food you eat. Your personal food history and how we heal and find freedom from food. We will explore habits and mindset and focus on body image and breaking free from negative self narratives.

A one off session where you will gain tools to set you up for reaching your health goals and unlocking your greatest potential!
